Does anyone have a good set up for a YZF750R, MCN did a booklet a few years back which I've unfortunately lost which had this in.

i have that book some where if i find il let u no ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

ok found the book so here we go.

rear shock pre load 16.5 mm thread between top of locking ring and under side of shock top, rebound 7 clicks out from full in,,compression 5 clicks out

froks preload 2 and half lines showing (8mm)from top of preload nut to the top of fork cap

rebound 2 clicks out from full in

compression 3 clicks out

hope this helps but i would think that it would all go on your wait ,, i had these settings on my yzf and it was much better and im about 11 and half stone ............................

no probs m8 i have std settings as well if u need to change back,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
