to the forum. As Goff says, there is plenty to do and see around Manchester. As for twisties....come out this way and head towards Clitheroe....or Goff can tell you more for aroud Mancs. Enjoy your stay.

well cheers i might take you up on that ,

i usally go to southport on wed night,

or cat and fiddle, hen and chicken, or scotch piper,

i want to spread my wings a little,

the longer the ride the better,

twistier is challenging, but great fun.

Heading out towards wales there are some fantastic roads.

And theres a fabulous route ive done a few times further oop North towards Darlington area - this is GREAT when you're at a loose end of a weekend.

I have it in PDF form if you want to take a look - goes from Scotch Corner, thru Kendal, Kirkstone pass, Tanhill, Barnard Castle, etc. Its 197 miles or so but its a great ride out with loads of good roads!

Im Oldham way - will be riding over to Big D's in Todmorden tomorow night for me tea - heading out from here around 6 ish - will be there for a couple of hours.
