Posted July 12, 200816 yr I want to change the fork seals and stantions on my 2000 R1 and have managed to strip most of the forks down. How do get the damper rod bolt out (it keeps turning) And how do I get the aluminium casting off the inner tube All help greatly received I am an engineer and have most tools.
