Posted July 1, 200816 yr I'm replacing the stator on my 1996 Seca II. I have a few questions: 1. Is there a difference between the three wires on the new stator in terms of how they connect into the block? 2. Is there a gasket underneath the generator cover? (The parts catalog doesn't show a gasket, and, if I need to replace it, I need to try to find a part number). Thanks for any help that you can offer.
