Started fine and have been starting everyday to keep battery charged - have noticed no problems! But today after going roughly 1 mile from my house and giving it a blast down my road its has started spluttering and whistling - when cranked to full revs it is not a ''one tone'' from the engine, its like im revving it on and off!! Also as soon as I let of the throttle is cuts out - there is also a oily liquid in the exhaust leaking out very slightly ??
