You can use a 10 winter/40 or 50, what ever is available. This should be mineral, I believe.

Why do you think your bike is running hot?

There are two reasons for running hot, one is retarded ignition and the other is weak fuel/air ratio.

most owners seem to reccomend morris ringfree xhd20w/50 oil but where can i get some have tried everywhere i live in the north east england
