Hello everyone dose anyone no were I can get a wiring diagram for a dtr 125 of the web?

Haynes manuals are widely available on the web Lewis and they have wiring diagrams in them as a rule whoop whoop

I have been told there is a wire in the speedo that if you earthed it your top end will be better dose anyone know what wire it is please has have no clue

Behind your speedo they'll be a 4 pin plug, on the side coming from the loom, there should be 4 cables, one if which isn't connected to anything on the other plug.

I believe it's black with a green stripe running down it.

Earth that to the frame and you'll get the full rev range.

I.e.your powervalve won't shut off at 7000rpm.
