Some people may call me a liar but the price does not necessarily reflect how well they'll protect your head.
Best place to look for a safer helmet would be - http://sharp.direct.gov.uk/
All the ones on there have been tested (not by the manufacturer i must add) They have a 5 star rating system and illustrations of how the head has taken the damage.
I bought a nitro Aikido helmet for less then £50.... it's 5 star rated. This is the same rating as a £799.99 AGV pista gp helmet.
(links for the nonbelievers - AGV http://sharp.direct.gov.uk/testsratings/agv-pista-gp and Nitro http://sharp.direct.gov.uk/testsratings/nitro-aikido )Obviously make up your own mind, but i would happily use the Aikido for any kind of bike riding.
My only question is why the hell don't we hear from you until you need help? lol Where have you been grouchy? You should pop by more often is all i'm saying

I have been looking at posts just not signing in. Some saddo has been hacking my social media accounts etc so I have not been online as much lately.
I've had no problems with my bike either so haven't needed any help.
I quite fancy an AGV for some reason. Is there such thing as an anti fog helmet? It pisses me off not to mention dangerous when the visor fogs up in the rain etc.

My dad has always had bikes I remember riding around on the back of his cb 500 when I was 4 years old in the early 80's. Haha imagine doing that nowadays I'd of been put in care and my dad locked up. I had a few bikes when I was a kid little 50's but when I was 12 I started with 125 crossers. Me and my mates always had bikes and we would go to the flappits (now closed down) and take them on fields. I loved the summer holidays. I've had so many different bikes from honda melody's to bultaco's. One of my mates had an rm 250 and the first time i had a go at about 12 it scared the shit out of me haha. It didn't deter me though. When I got into my late teens I lost interest a bit and didn't get the urge again until a few years ago. I went about ten years without owning or riding a bike. My best friend had a bad accident when he was 18. A car drove straight into the side of him. His leg was proper smashed in and fucked up. I went to see him in the hospital and it wasn't nice. Luckily he kept his leg but its full of metal plates and pins and he can never play footie or out again. This really put me off but I got over it. I'll always have a bike on the road now, I love it. Even in the winter haha.

I want a new helmet. I've had my current one for a few years and its scuffed and scratched, it's also been dropped a few times
I had a dual sport which I liked but it got nicked. I currently have a moto x style one but I want to get a full face. After looking at all the options I just don't understand safety wise what the difference between is from a 50 quid to a 1000 quid helmet? Is buying a cheaper helmet dangerous because they are not as strong etc? -

I removed my photo because I have had problems with some sad cunt hacking my FB account and causing problems. I have also deleted my FB account.
The bike is great Bippo, I love it. I don't regret buying new I'm glad I got it. The only problem is I'm stuck with it for the next tow years until I have paid the finance off. I don't mind though. It's cheap to run and and insure and it's fast enough for city riding. I planned on getting a 2T but I got my hours cut at work and a pay cut as well. Damn recession and Government funding cuts has hit my sector hard. I'm going to get my full licence at some point but now I'm debating whther or not it would be more sensible and practical to get my driving licence first. Ideally I want to get a 125 2T project and do it over the winter but we all know how skilled I am at mechanics. I've more chance of winning the lottery.

Warranty Issue??
in General
I've only ever used Shell v-power on my bikes. It costs around 10 pence extra a litre compared to standard fuel but when it only costs a tenner to fill my tank it doesnt matter. If I drove a Range Rover I would rethink haha. I can definatelly tell the difference.
I'm surprised your having problems with your bike. It's the dealers fault not Yamaha. You need to make sure they don't fob you off. Your bike should be perfect.
