Repairing the engine's oil-spray hole

I don't know if this forum accepts such type of questions but I still hope that my problem will be solved.91889700af3c0082c9fdb79708ab68a8a975a9db
The problem is that the tiny hole through which the engine oil is sprayed to the head of the engine is blocked(not completely) for some reason.
All I want to say is that if it's possible to clean the hole without opening up the whole engine.

As above plus some sort of degreaser to clean as much crap out as you can, find a piece of wire that will go down the hole and riddle it out as best you can. Your sure that it won't come out of there are you? What does it say in the manual?

As an aside it always helps to say hello in the new members section, more folks will chip in if they don't think your a one hit wonder. Just sayin..!
