Hi all, nice to be here just wish it was under better circumstances.

I have a '91 FZR1000 Exup which has been off the road for a few months due to a respray other bits and pieces(non mechanical), I still started her up every few weeks and had no problems. That is until today when I finally was able to take her for a spin although it was only gonna be down to a local garage for some new tyres and brake pads.

Started up fine but there was no pressure in clutch lever, so got out my bleeding kit and began! Followed usual bleed procedure but still no pressure in lever and have just given up after 2hrs and hence this post. Any ideas as I am well and truly stumped on this. Stripped down master cylinder and all seems fine, when lever pulled, fluid is pumped from it but its just not bleeding from nipple.

Thanks all,

Shrimper.

Agent hold of large syringe and bit of pipe and open bleed nipple make sure the system is full then just suck the fluid though it then lock the nipple up after there are no air coming out it should be fine after that if it's not master cylinder is goosed or slave cylinder is good luck mate. Baz
