Question: My throttle has started sticking when its cold. Often sticky in the morning when I leave for work but fine by the afternoon when its warmer and I ride home. The bike is brand new (XT250) Has this happened to anyone else? What causes this and how do I fix it? Any feedback will be appreciated

I work as an EMT, and so far I've seen three accidents on quiet backroads and one on the highway. The highway one, the guy was pretty much fine, made a full recovery. The other three were guys on crotch-rockets going way too fast, and those were some of the worst traumas I've ever seen. One was pronounced dead on scene due to decapitation. Not that this is necessarily the norm, just what I've seen personally.

lol, my dad used to have pole holders on his suzuki intruder. We would carry up to 8 foots saltwater rods without issue. idk about there tho... Goldwings gonna have to watchout, yamaha is gonna be the new tuna boat!

hey. I'm Jaime. 21 years old, from the coastline in CT. I'm a forensic and bio major. If you can do it outside, I've either done it or want to try it. I climb, backpack, bike, fish, snowboard, kayak, shoot, scuba dive, hunt, surf... and the list goes on. The dualsport was a natural move for me. Yea, I'm an adrenaline junkie. I love travel, I am also a wilderness-EMT. Maybe get some guide work soon. My friends think I'm insane, they're probably right. and let me tell y'all something! I havn't been laid in over 2 years, u think u got it bad? All the guys I know are terrified of me... idk why. its okay, who needs sex when you have a motorcycle. wow, did I really say that?

I got mine at the beginning of this year. Good beginner bike, pretty smooth on road and off. I wouldn't take it on the highway tho. I mostly got mine mostly b/c I am vertically challenged and the XT has a 31 inch seat height. Its been good to me so far, time will tell. The new XT is only a 5 gear as opposed to the 225 with the six gear, its a sacrafice I was willing to make.

Hey! I'm Jaime Since the beginning of this year I've been like a giddy kid with a toy. Just got my 2008 XT250 and I'd live on it if I could.
