  6. Fuck, shit, and all other's. Big really big problems in project. Fairing set where is both sides and upper part is broken. It did fell from finishing table (yes I really have finishing table) and it did land just right on nose. Whole nose is broken also some parts of side panels. Now I need to take plan B in use. Just take molds from original fairings and make carbon ones to those molds. Desing work will be done on next winter time (did you think that I will give up so soon). Head lights, signal lights and rear will be new but all other will be like original but carbon.
  7. Some new pictures of tail added
  8. Just get use to it and speed up... After 140km/h it will end
  9. Carbon is the only one for me. All visible plastic will be carbon and the fuel tank also. I will take mold from fuel tank on this weekend and tail will be ready for mold taking on monday. Front fender is just waiting carbon work to be done. New silenser is under work as footpegs also. I did found some low price airoplane aluminium for those footpegs but plan is to do (was the correct word "rearset") from carbon but it can still wait. Next week I need to order that rubber lining for fuel tank so I don't get any fuel leaks to my ball's while driving
  10. Not yet, not yet. Still some ice on roads. 3 weeks and then ready to go (I hope)
  11. Wheels and swing is under paint job and tail will be ready for painting after easter (I hope). Couple new pictures here

SBS or EBC if EBC then double H pads (soft and gives you really good feeling). For suspension, try with different oil and also different oil amount. First oil then if needed try different oil level.
  13. Hi again, I have been lazy and have not new photos but some progress has been in my project. Finishing job is on going for upper and side parts of fairings. Couple more rounds of plastic padding and dressing (was it correct) and paint is going to cover all that. Tail part is next to go under work and after that tank. Time is running out but I'll do my best. I just need to keep my wife happy that I will get garrage time. I promise to take some pictures of my work on this week just to keep you all happy and laughing
  14. I did use those original fairings as molds. After cleaning just drill all needed screw holes and fit original look a likes on and start to find new desing. Cutting and more fibre class and again cutting and fibre class. Tomorrow I will do underseat and start to fit new rear light (clear CBR 600 model).

  19. This is the situation: There is a beautiful princess trapped in a castle guarded by a dragon. Here is the end of the story with different kind of metalheads as knights. * POWER METAL The protagonist arrives riding a white unicorn, escapes from the dragon, saves the princess and makes love to her in an enchanted forest. * THRASH METAL The protagonist arrives, fights the dragon, saves the princess and ****s her. * HEAVY METAL The protagonist arrives on a harley, kills the dragon, drinks a few beers and ****s the princess. FOLK METAL The protagonist arrives with some friends playing acordions, violins, flutes and many more weird instruments, the dragon falls asleep (because of all the dancing). Then all leave........ without the princess. * VIKING METAL The protagonist arrives in a ship, kills the dragon with his mighty axe, skins the dragon and eats it, rapes the princess to death, steals her belongings and burns the castle before leaving. * DEATH METAL The protagonist arrives, kills the dragon, ****s the princess and kills her, then leaves. * BLACK METAL The protagonist arrives at midnight, kills the dragon and impales it in front of the castle. Then he sodomizes the princess, drinks her blood in a ritual before killing her. Then he impales the princess next to the dragon. * GORE METAL The protagonist arrives, kills the dragon and spreads his guts in front of the castle, ****s the princess and kills her. Then he ****s the dead body again, slashes her belly and eats her guts. Then he ****s the carcass for the third time, burns the corpse and ****s it for the last time. * DOOM METAL The protagonist arrives, sees the size of the dragon and thinks he could never beat him, then he gets depressed and commits suicide. The dragon eats his body and the princess as dessert. That's the end of the sad story. * PROGRESSIVE METAL The protagonist arrives with a guitar and plays a solo of 26 minutes. The dragon kills himself out of boredom. The protagonist arrives to the princess' bedroom, plays another solo with all the techniques and tunes he learned in the last year of the conservatory. The princess escapes looking for the 'HEAVY METAL' protagonist. * GLAM METAL The protagonist arrives, the dragon laughs at the guy's appearance and lets him enter. He steals the princess' make up and tries to paint the castle in a beautiful pink colour. * NU METAL The protagonist arrives in a run down Honda Civic and attempts to fight the dragon but he burns to death when his moronic baggy clothes catch fire.
  20. CORK radio station was running a competition - words that weren't in the dictionary yet could still be used in sentence that would make logical sense. The prize was a trip to Bali. DJ: "96FM here, what's your name?" Caller: "Hi, me name's Dave." DJ: "Dave, what's your word?" Caller: "Goan... spelt, G-O-A-N, pronounced 'go-an'." DJ: "... You are correct, Dave, 'goan' is not in the dictionary. Now, for a trip to Bali: What sentence can you use that word in that would make sense?" Caller: "Goan f**k yourself!" The DJ cut the caller short and took other calls, all unsuccessful until: DJ: "96FM, what's your name?" Caller: "Hi, me name's Jeff." DJ: "Jeff, what's your word?" Caller: "Smee... spelt S-M-E-E, pronounced 'smee'." DJ: "... You are correct, Jeff, 'smee' is not in the dictionary. Now, for a trip to Bali: What sentence can you use that word in that would make sense?" Caller: "Smee again! Goan f**k yourself!"
  21. Gear oil for cleaning and creasing. When going to longer trip then Bel Ray.
  22. You can ask from nearest paint shop what kind of mixture in paint you need to use when painting plastig fairings. If possible sell those plasting fairings and get fibre fairings (glass fibre) painting job is easier and you can easilly to fix those after that shiny side has touch tarmac
  23. Well most biggest issue what comes to my mind when thinking that project is. If you start to change original desing as mush as I'm doing it, you will have 4 month's work practically worth of nothing... After you have REALLY good molds ready you can destroy desing work. All you have left is (I hope) really good molds. After that all is like coming out from last hair spinn and just open throthle. I mean you just take good P115 epox and some glass fibre and carbon fibre and start to work. First you add some epox to molds after that add thin fibre glass (40 gr / m2) to mold. After that you add carbon fibre add some epox and more carbon fibre. When you have as many layers as you need at that part you go to next phase. Take plastig bag (you need to make this one by your self) put mold (where is all that smelly shit) to bag, close that bag tight (and when you did made that bag you did add there valve what you can use to suck air out of that bag). You can use duck tape and silicon glue to seal that bag. So bag is sealed and air is out from there. You can see that all layers is pressed to mold very tight. Now you put that whole creation to some safe place where it can be till next day. Now is time to take care of your self. Go home, take shower and take a beer (or two -> ten). My fairings will take alot plastig padding before I can pait those and after taking those molds I can just burn all that base work I have been doing for 4 month's. Next pictures what is coming is when there is some padding added to front fairings. I do not recoment that project to enyone but if you are mentally ill or you just do not have any other way to get your head mixed (with epox) then do what you wanna do but don't blame me.
  24. Still a lot of work left but I have about 3 months left before molds needs to be ready. Fuel tank is major problem but I have get some information how to do it so it should be too big issue. I'll keep you guys up to date on this.
