  1. Hey everyone I have a question for the people in the know. I'm confused with the tail light arrangement on the early r6, some have a big ugly single tail light and some have the twin round rear lights that look alot better. It seems to me like it's a mixture of years because I've noticed some bikes have the twin rear light and then newer ones have the big ugly thing and visa versa. My question is, is the twin rear an upgrade or is it of a certain year bike and fits on the earlier bike? My budget is a little tight and I'm only finding bikes in my price range with the ugly rear light but I want the twin lights, so can I source the rear fairing and lights and just bolt it all to the bike replacing the big single light? Forgive me if it's a stupid question, I'm an experienced mechanic and car enthusiast so am very used to modification and making things fit where they were never mean to be, I just know sod all about bikes atm, unless it's a 2 stoke dirt bike lol. Thanks for reading and help
  2. Hey guys and girls, my name is Jon and I'm new to bikes sort of. I've ridden lots when I was younger off road and now the time has come where I cannot egnor the fact I don't have a licence anymore. I have done my coarse and mod1 and just waiting on a date for the mod2. I stupidly failed the mod1 on my coarse and had to do them again. A silly mistake I didn't even need to make but hey ho. I want to get an early r6 and I thought as I don't know much about the bikes and good and bad bits and also their customisation limits, so I thought it best to join you good people. I'll be going full member on pay day which is coming up soon. I do have a question regarding the rear end of early r6's so what would be the best category to put it in? I'll proberly find out for myself after I've posted this topic lol. Thanks for your time in reading this and I hope to be a decent long term member
