  1. Hi, Anybody know the length of these forks? Looking to convert my Tdr125 to a usd front end
  2. Yes mine are 82.5 and i have a 18 inch wheel so I think ground clearance may be a issue?
  3. I was thinking that price was very steep, I messaged a guy regarding the length of some tzr 4jb forks he tells me from top edge to the axle centre they measure 73cm I believe these will be too short?
  4. His work looks fantastic doesn't it Its been a productive Sunday for me, The powervalve was filthy and covered in carbon deposits, I think it's safe to assume it has never been serviced the seals looked like they could have been the original ones(1993). I decided to again break out the spit and polish and give her a wee clean.. All new seal and o-ring from PJME to go on https://goo.gl/photos/6os5rYmCX5necZtm7
  5. Your knowledge is a great help so don't sweat it cynic!!. I will look into what my front end is worth and get it up for sale as I believe this may be what I'm after?? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/182407761735
  6. Thanks cynic for the speedy reply, I have been looking at some tzr 4dl usd forks, my only concern being a top yoke, will I lose steering lock??
  7. Hi all, My Tdr125 4GW currently has the standard 18 inch wheel up front but I was looking to put a 17 inch in its place. My question is will the look alike tzr brembo wheel fit as a bolt on option given 1 or 2 spacers .
  8. it was on the bike when i got it and at the moment the cost of cleaning it up is massively differnt from a Newen, on top of that I still have the standard restricted down pipe.so I think when the money is there I will get a custom romeu full system made up.
  9. Thanks slice,I was really pleased with the outcome,I've now ordered a new heatproof Dep pipes decal to finish it off nicely.
  10. Yesterday evening i removed the end can to inspect the wadding fo which I discovered there was none. I think I will go ahead and order some dep pipes packing (not the loose type) although I've read up that the acousti fil sheets are quite good any input is valued. For now though whilst I toy with what packing I was left with a very dirty exhaust can so I decided to break out the Polish. https://goo.gl/photos/jUTG9zhSL8yq8iCH7
  11. Hi all, This is my tdr that I picked up for a fair price, She was a runner but was crying out for a top end and a good clean up.. I'm hoping to have the bike finished by the summer of 2017.including a few choice mods such as a belgarda 4dl front wheel, usd forks, renthal bars,MT-03 headlight, trailtech Vapor computer, also I think I'd like to make it a darker shade of blue. Here she is in her standard glory
  12. This evening I've had the end can off and found the was no wadding/packing in there what so ever, I think I will order dep pipes packing (not the loose stuff) and get that replace but for the moment whilst it's off I've given it a clean and a hand Polish, check out the results .https://goo.gl/photos/jUTG9zhSL8yq8iCH7
  13. Good evening all, I'm Greg I have recently purchased a Tdr125 1993 with delta box frame and thought I would sign up to the forum to share the build project. I intend to do a few minor mods Including Trail tech vapour, usd forks,17inch front wheel, better brakes. For the moment though it seems she has never had any of the oil seals replaced and that will be my first thing to do. I've ordered a mitaka piston from PJME with little end bearing and a powervalve service kit, as again the original seals were shot.. Thanks guys and if you like little 125 2strokes watch this space.
