Interesting bunch of replies.....my dealer just said to use a brick. Put it under the kickstand. Be careful just how straight up and down you get it. If you can see oil with it on that brick, they said that was close enough. -Six

By the way, any of you VStar 1300 owners finding another forum out there, just for us? I sure would like to see some opinions on gear, maintenance, etc. dedicated to this bike. Maybe not enough of us out there yet huh? - Six

You know, in a perfect world, I would agree with you. However, after a day of renting a big Harley a year or so ago, I liked the way the pipes put a swivel on all of the cager's heads. I don't want to tick off the neighbors, but I want people to know I'm near them on the highway. - Six
