  1. Oh ok no worries :-( guess I best not say anymore on the matter then.
  2. Ah but that's about modifications to vehicles not to safety equipment or clothing and besides the kit comes in various colours hence why I can't find a definitive answer anywhere. Ok so "if" EL lighting can't be legally added to helmets in the UK what about jackets and trousers etc because personally I think this type lighting would actually help with a rider's visibility to other road user's (it's not just because I like the look of it. Safety first). Thanks for the reply and the way you put it you've made my day Ttaskmaster. And thank you Captf I'm eager to hear what the police think of the idea. I didn't realise there was somewhere you could e-mail them to ask questions about stuff like that learn something new everyday thank you :-)
  3. This looks awesome Anyone know if it would be legal in the UK? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nbj0T_2ttRI
  4. Sweet thanks guys :-) torn between Avon Gripster AM24 and Maxxis M6006 now hehe thank you everone no more doubts, no more confusion thank you.

  6. Hey guys finally got a new XT125R 2007 currently equipped with motocross tyres that definitely wont pass the MOT can anyone please guide me as to where I can find some decent road legal enduro tyres and/or how I can tell what tyres are road legal. I've scoured the internet but can't make sense of it some of them look good but don't look road legal any help/suggestions would be great thanks guys. current front tyre size 90/90-21 current rear tyre size 110/100/-18 however mcn review says 120/80 x 18 (one of the reasons I'm confused are because of numbers like these not matching)
  7. here's an interesting read about derestricting models 1988-2007 dt's if your interested http://www.scrimsmustangsclassicyamaharestorations.com/derestricting-the-yamaha-dt125r-1988-through-to-2007.html
  8. I've had nitro but didn't really get the hang of it I much prefer electric faster, instant torque and programmable esc burnt a motor out on one because my battery is 8.4ah lasted over 40mins and still had plenty of power just kept it running flat out for too long. planes are great but I tend to crash them I have a fpv kit from fat shark but never used it that would be interesting to use on a plane used it on a car once and that was weird. cool but weird would love a 250 racing fpv quadcopter setup.
  9. one of the coments on this seems to agree this one works "Tal strip 2" by Mar Hyde youtube.com/watch?v=KKthFTq2XSk https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KKthFTq2XSk
  10. youtube comments "i think this product is not sold in the us anymore bc of the chemical in it.. i been looking for this type of product but its been ban since 2010.. now i have to sand it down and then try the new paint remover.." "Its known as aircraft paint remover by Rustoleum here in the states" comments on the site selling "Rustoleum" reckon it doesn't work sorry I was hoping to get some myself so I can sort my DT chassis out with a new powder coat after treating the rust and double checking my chassis number .
