  2. Hi guys and girls, can anybody help? I need to know what the screw on the top of my cylinder head is called??? Its about inch long and it is hollow with a hole about half way up the screw that my carb warmer pipe goes into, I need to replace this as it has broken causing water and coolant to leek everywere but; don't no what it is called to order a new one. Cheers
  3. Also the coolant in rad is full and so is the water tank which is y I'm lost on how it has done, this
  4. I cut the bike out soon as it did as I was worried of causing more damage, and it was rebored due to the piston skirt breaking
  5. Gasket was nice and clean both sides, went from the packet straight to the barrel yes was genuine Yamaha head gasket, the gasket was fitted correctly however I didn't use a torque rench
  6. There is a tiny leak coming from the warmer pipe from the carb to the top of the head dripping from a little screw next to the thermostat but wen it was running I couldn't c any water leaking from the head gasket #pain in the ass
  7. I don't think so as it was quite literally gushing out of back box and; only put it all back together last night

Many thanks matt [emoji2]
  9. Just like to say hi to everyone as I'm new to this forum
  10. I have taken cylinder and piston off to rebored but i have noticed my clutch has become very loose, is this due to the barrel being off and no compression? Or have I got issues with clutch as it was fine before I took the barrel off. Thanks [emoji2]
