I've read lots of posts on the internet saying that all these bikes have same problem with the original speedo. Is there a fix for it or if not can anybody tell me if there is a decent aftermarket speedo that fits into same bolt holes for this? Also looking for a wiring diagram for the multi pin plug so i can test the harness to rule out faults there. Thank you

Don't try to fix it. Buy a new one they aren't expensive. A J Suttons have them for about £17 https://www.yamahamotorcyclespares.co.uk/genuineparts/9004/24/yamaha%20xt125r/rear%20wheel%20&%20brake%20system?uID=0

The inlet manifold is the part that attaches the carb to the cylinder head. It may have cracked somehow.
