  1. Cheers Noise, not sure if this company are on Ebay as well because I found some of the same stuff for sale on their at the same price but found some good bargains with that site too. His screens are the cheapest around.
  2. I am getting my XVS950 on Friday 21st and can not wait, like you I am looking for accessories and bits and bobs other than buying them from Yamaha as some things are just slightly too pricy and not up to scratch. Having had a wee peek on Ebay there are plenty of things on there and not a bad price. I have already purchased leather lockable saddlebags, a bonneville screen and passenger footboards. saved in the region of £1000 so far. I fancy the sissy bar with padded backrest next as it will just finish off the back end and an aftermarket set of pipes with something like a baloney cut, either that or i'll make some and chrome them myself. Once its all polished and fitted i shall do some before and after shots. I forgot to add I'm 6ft5 and can't wait to see the looks I'll get cruising.
  3. How do you confuse a gynecologist? Give him a used tampon and ask him which period its from. I filled in a job application for the local council and under disabilities I put Narcolepsy and Tourettes Syndrome. So not only will I be able to sleep at work, if someone tries to wake me up; I can tell them to fuck off. I was doing the wife a cup of tea this morning but she didn't want sugar because apparently she's 'sweet enough already'. You might want to think twice before eating that greasy, fat bacon sandwich then love.
  4. I used to live in the Yorkshire dales, Low Row to be precise. I was too young for road bikes then at the age of 12 but, does anyone or has anyone done a ride up Wensleydale via Leyburn over the Buttertubs by Hawes and down Swaledale via reeth and into Richmond recently? I know back in the 80's it used to be a wicked ride out, I was just wondering if much has changed as it's one route I fancy doing when I get my new bike. Cheers in advance for any info.
  5. Thank you, yes i saw that. I have mine ordered with all the extra's. I wish I had joined last week and seen it, all it needs is a repaint for my taste. No not pink but more a gun metallic silver.
  6. I entered a raffle at the local gay butcher's. Apparently I've won a meat pack. Just came out of tesco and an Irish man was sitting on my car, I wasn't happy so I angrily shouted: "What do you think you're doing?" "ah would ye calm down sure it says Seat on it" Came his reply
  7. Thank you very much for the warm welcome. Its was a toss up between a Motto Guzzi California and the Yamaha XVS950A, no need to point out which one won. There is no comparison in person.
  8. Just here to say Hi I'm Chris, great looking forum I hope to be around for a while. I am in the process of getting my first Yamaha and thought what better place to come to than a UK forum.
