  1. Kev is far too old for the blonde. Have you an old sock he can have instead? If it's not too late, can you swap the blonde for a brunette? Please?
  2. Finances dictate to me I'll be wearing an extra jumper! No, not up early - late going to bed. We were desperately unorganised for the boys first day of school lol.
  3. I'm about an hour and 10 away from Thrapston so could be closer to 10 by the time I've seen my 2 off to school but will try and get there sooner if I can How long is everyone planning on staying for? Is anyone looking at maybe staying the Sunday night as well? Or are we doing Brid / Scarb on the Saturday? I'm easy.
  4. Sad news indeed. I was only thinking a week ago as to whether we would see him on 4 wheels next weekend. Only met OT a couple of times at Squires but such a nice guy. True gentleman.
  5. haha! As luck would have it Foams is going up on his divvy so reckon he'll have loads of space for an extra pillow!
  6. I know it's a couple of weeks and it's going to be after a long ride up but I'm still up for Scarborough and perhaps even a little further - there's a lovely little stop on the moors about 5 miles from Whitby 'Hole of Horcum' as a suggestion? obviously depends on how old the sausages are!!
  7. The Triumph numbers are gaining again! Pics?
  8. Just worked a basic route from mine to Squires via all of the above - 220 miles, 5 and a half hours not allowing for stops. Gonna be in need of caffeine, pro plus and anything else I can get my hands on!! Oh yes and probably a cushion for my sore derrière!
  9. Unfortunately I don't use Phoyobucket anymore (had no need when Tapatalk was working) and now only use iPhone as laptop is so old and knackered but cheers anyway!
  10. Apologies for poor resolution it keeps saying limited to 40kb! like this? http://youtu.be/4vGcH0Bk3hg
  11. Isn't there an extra day this year? Leaving Monday morning and having an extra run out on the Sunday? Vayduh - I do just over 200 miles on my little 125 and loved every minute of it. Except the rain. And the sweating. And the wind. And the food is crap. And the wash block is useless. But everything else is great!!
  12. Haven't been there for several years. It'd be great if the weather holds out long enough for us to detour somewhere around here!
  13. Definitely up for it. My dad used to live in Chesterfield.. came back via there last year as my Aunt died. Used to love driving a little further up to Castleton / Ladybower res etc and always fancied a ride around there.
  14. Not that it would give me any clues, but have you replicated putting it under load by using the rear brake? Might help someone else on here!
  15. Bit late but hi and welcome! It'd be great to see some pics of your trike!
  16. Yeah - really friendly bunch. Got there early (it was raining so went straight there instead of using the back roads) and they were just getting some of their bikes out and as it was running they asked if I'd like a go! I was a bit hesitant but they said it's only worth a couple of grand, don't worry lol. The Second World War Enfield behind it with side car attached had this air raid horn on the front mud guard, which operated against the front wheel. Thought I'd look out for one for my bike!
