  1. Hello there. I have my top end - 90kmph, is that green/black wire disabling going to make better top end? Because acceleration till 90kmph is pretty good.
  2. Hello there, as the season is going to start pretty soon, so i was doing test rides with my Yamaha DT125x, but... The 1st till 5th gear is really responsible - they are going well in full thortle, but when i put in 6th gear (im at 80km/h) there is no power at all in 6th gear, if I really try i can reach 90km/h, but no further. I managed to expermented with carb, but no success at all in top speed, just some pluses at acceleration, thats all. I think i am disabled limitator (the black/ green wire), and framed it - it is not helping. Any sugestions? And is there need a screw at this side of carb?

  6. Amn - those "mitaka" pistons will not break in angry driving way (that is really often almost full throttle)? Cuz this is last year on bike for now, so want to spend it driving not repairing ... I heard about DID ... will searc for them
  7. Hello dear riders in this hot, sunny day. So, today I managed to cheange front fork oil seals and tomorow will go to tehnical looking (for that peace of paper for legal riding). I got few questions about my bike. So, my piston is, i think it, it is daed, by that i mean my bikes preformance is terrible - max speed ~90km/h in full throttle, no acceleration (front wheel is not go to air), and other stuff ... What piston kit should i choose? Repair ones (56mm+) or orginal (56mm), because, as i have heard repair (bigger) ones are dead sooner than orginal ones. Are repair ones and oversized cylinder are going to make my bike preformance grow? Where to buy cheap (not china), quallity piston kit (quality like orginals, but from aftermarket)? Please shops from Europe with postage to Latvia . Where to buy both stars(gear) (rear disc + engine) and chain for democratic price? Again on EU. For now, its all. Later, I prehaps, will be more questions. P.s. After you will fully enjoy this beautiful day by your bikes, please help one of bikers. Without that experience, what you have
  8. okey ... so in pics you will se that there are "in one place is like out of its place, gibbous out (pulled out of its place) like deformed and in other place" and in other flywheel (inside) are full of cavities and protrusions, and i think thats not normal, it should be straight ... but thats only my gues ... P.s. Thats normal that it is heating up? Pics -
  9. My mate sad that, than that is normal - from heat in flywheel it is making electric. Is that right?
  10. So, i took out all with is pulled with electro starter, that is both gears from behind of flywheel, BUT. The Flywheel case is still heating up. That was not the problem. Is it normal that it heats up (i dont remember)? Please answer, Im afraid of spending money on it again. P.s. The flywheel (that thin magnetic metal inside of flywheel) in one place is like out of its place, gibbous out (pulled out of its place) like deformed and in other place is little dimple in that thin metal... Is thats a problem, and it is heating up because these defects???? P.s.s. Why noone is answering to my questions after my topic about kickstarter or starter ???
  11. Hello, so i put all in and get a ride, what i noticed than from flywheel case is coming strage noises. So i thing it is heatting up because that big gear (for Electronic start) behind flywheel is spinning for no reason, and as we all know metal aginst metal is rising heat. So how i can make it stop spinning? Or should i take it out of there, since my Electronic starter is not in use (because of breakdown) and i will now in these days get kick leaver and use kick start...
  12. Okey, now i filled cooling water in radiator it self (left side of fuel tank), and seems it helped, indicator is not warning me, but ... Flywheel side is heating up to ~80 degrees of C, and clutch side ~40 degrees. Is that normal for flywheel or i have inserted it wrong so it is heating up so fast? Tomorow, after it will be cold, I check if it needs more liquid. Any ideas or it is normal?
  13. Hello, so today i scruved all bolts in and closed all cases, puted in kick start mehansim and waitting for kick leaver. So i pluged all hoses in and filled in oil in clutch case and cooling liquid, "Tosol" in cooling tank. And I pushed my bike manually up, it started. So i reguled carb and all things that seemed not finished, and after a minute i noticed, than "red indicator" on speedo is shining, "water temp. symbol" or something like that (pic - http://static4.depositphotos.com/1030387/400/v/950/depositphotos_4001512-Water-Temperature-Crystal-Icon.jpg ). So i stopped engine, and tested with my hand - all engine was heated up - cilinder, clutch case, flywheel case - all ... P.s. after first i noticed that on speedo, i chechked cooling tank, and it was emty so i fill another dose of liquid - but it still is heating up. What i have done wrong? Or thats normal after i spill all oil and cooling liquid out from engine? How to make it go normally? HELP! Dont want to heat it up till it break, and summer is comming, I want to ride!!!!
  14. UPDATE. Okey, now i put all in, all is correctly in thouse spots, and i think its working ... BUT - i thought that than my old bikes kick start leaver is going to fit, yeah and it does. I get it on, BUT it is unable to do full kick, because stops at clutch corbel, because my leaver has spot for bolts in that spot, so i cant do full kick ... So I am searching for that leaver. From whitch bikes it is going to fit (diameter of kick mehanism outside of case ~16,5 mm) ... Orginal costs, cheapest over 50 pounds, I think thats too much for leaver after i bought mehanism for 16 pounds ... So - Any alternitives???
  15. I used wd 40, and think thats could be ok ... ah, and think i need new seal, because oil after i screwed all case bolts is comming out ... ups ... That sound cammed when i was screwed case where plates are comming in (before putting plates). But all was in its places, and nothing was shaking of moving in unnormally. Amn, i think it is ok, that sound, because when my dad is screwing bolts, he screws them so hard, than that kind of noise comes. He is saying that, than its when bolt is in its right place. But - you, i broke something?
  16. Atlast, done, get it all in working condition ... That, than gear locked in its position was my foult, because after i put that case where clutch plates come in i push gear lever (outside of engine) and it shifted gear. After shifting gear lever at outside of engine pulled in and shifer in engine pulled out of case and get stuck. So i needed to get those cases of plates off again, what is not a easy work ... Because i have no clutch remover. Oh, and i, when i put bolts in last time and hardly screved them in, from engine i heard really noisy "click", I broke something or it sounds like that, when part is in its right place? Oh, oh, and whit what i can clean inside of clutch case from dust and all other non frendly stuff, should WD40 be okey, before oil fill?
  17. It is in working condition, but havent started it yet ( and i wont, because im scare of broke something, till it will look that all is okey).

  19. So, today i take off clutch, installed idle gear. I put back all clutch, plates, all that is in clutch ... and now started problems, i put my bike in first gear (i do not know why) and it stayed there, i cant get it up ... What is wrong, do i need to take off clutch again? And how to correctly instal that center scruve (cog or what it is) what moves thay thing in other side of engine, who i connect to clutch cable ... ?
  20. Ok. I will take a look. Some other ideas why last gear has no power? Can someone make video how to correctly destruct rev limiter? What I can fill in clutch case? Whose oils are compatible with 2 stroke engine clutch? 10w40 should be ok?
  21. So, I'm coming here again to ask you all, who have been in touch with Yamaha DT 125. Are someone able to filma a video - how to destruct rev limiter? Because, I did it, but I think that I have not done it properly. My bike still not run freely, and max speed is lower than in start, when I bought my bike (top speed then 120km/h) now max 95km/h, when full trothle in 5th gear (6th has no power). Where else is any limiter in bike what I could do, destruct, eliminate w/o buying something? I have new crankshalf, fully cleaned carb and air filter. No succes. Help me. My bike - yamaha dtx 125 2006. Doma silincer, hgs pipe. Mikumi carb. Stock crankshalf, air filter, cylinder, piston. Where is my bike problem?
