Ya tourque from a e motor is instant and dosent realy drop off,the new batteries don't blow up unless you over charge them.running them below thier thresh hold is the big problem.Once they big guys figure that out and how to put it in a car/truck nobody will want a oil burning anythin. I would swap the 4.2 lt motor inaminruning full power for 1/2 hr in scale would get me just about anywhere I would ever need to go normaly.And the mft would doo wheelies,crawl any hill/rock climb better. Sure old gas caps get pluged on street bikes and don't vent. Next time it does this open the cap see what happens or do all the test's on the fuel system , that is only way you will konw for sure.None of it hard to do and dosent take long,BUT you need all the tools. Look on the tube lots of ways to make you own tools for the fi system,a hose with the right fittings and a pressure gauge in the middle is all a pressure gauge is. Welcome to owning a FI bike,

Yep there is a arrow on the valve and it should point away from the cap. The other thing you can check is fuel flow/volume when it acts up ,you would need to disconnect the fuel line and jump the relay to feed the fuel pump and see if your getting a good flow of fuel about 1 lt in 1 min.Then you would need a fuel pressuer tester to install in line and check the amount of pressure the pump can deliver if you have 15lb injectors then you need 20 lbs of presuer ,but that will be in the manual min and max fuel pressure.

It happens in lots of wireing digrams,you just have to be smarter and look 2x at them,walk away and rethink it.People who only draw them diagram's on thier etcha sketch and don't work on the vehicle themself don't think about what they are drawing. Personaly I like the factory wireing diagram for any job but even then they can be wrong ( 1/2 modle years are the wrost),but that is very rare ,unlike haynes,and they are normaly very good, and the others who I would not trust. The rest of it looks solid,it's only the lighting circut/rectifing and regulating.So just think of it like water the switches are dams ,,open or closed and directing the flow in the right direction,from source to ground. and turn things of and on. Building a wireing harness is not hard all the math is done for you and all you need to do is hook up the parts,LMAO if you have a correct diagram. and the proper plugs.You got this far and have spark so you should be able to get the rest done. Just remember it is time consuming checking everything.2x before hooking it up.

Thats what I thought the kill switch wired off the diagram would do nothing if the ignition switch is on or off it should intrupt the ignition swith circut an on,,, both wires from the kill swith attached to the black white wire would make it work.So cut the B/W wire(What ever colour it is on the bike) and hook the 2 wires from the kill switch inbetween that way it will work.And the spark will stop with the kill switch. Yes you need a regulator or you will boil your battery.

The coil has to be grounded if the coil has 2 wires then 1 of them has to be grounded. The way you have it wired your battery power is going nowhere but to the switch,kinda pointless and will neve get charged,then again it's not doing anything so it dosen't need to be charged.But if your going to run a battery why not hook it up ? The battery does not feed the cdi the generator does.So I hope you didnt connect the battery to the black and black with white wire or you fried your cdi. One thing that has me a bit puzzled is the kill switch is in the off position but the ignition switch is in the run position,I would leave the kill switch out of the puzzel it's not needed,untill you have the bike running.I think the diagram is wrong.The kill switch in the run position would open the two wires to the cdi in this diagram not groundin the cdi or generator feild.But the ignition switch in the run position is grounding the black white wire Also you have not rectified or regulated the current or hooked up the lighting coil you will burn it out. I read your other post ,,no way to check a cdi. Best to keep all your post's together in one thread ask a mod to move them. Airhead this might be part of the otherguys problem with his 125 not having a permenet off on his bike if it was wired off this diagram? I will look at this later ,but it should be close to a 175 diagram. What do you think?

Search home made carb ballencer here and on utube,basicaly a hose ,a yard stick and some 2t oil and you can make a mamometer to sync the carbs As for cleaning dissasemble soak in carb cleaner,blow clean with compressed air ,set float height and pilot screw,take note of pilot screw turns to bottom befor disasembling. If it's only running on 3 then a compression test is in order.

What one hand givith the other takeith price of Hydro just went up nov 1st here so no win situation save a dime here spend it overthere.What has me even madder is the Ontarion government is running a 30 million campane to tell us it's all good for us,that hydro is cheap,FMe the robbing bastereds the cost of the hydro is 45% of the bill the 55% rest is tax. We are FRACKING destroying a once beautiful country,if you have seen the oil fields out west it's devestating 100 million acres leveled a striped of trees,billions of gallons of drinking water contaminated. You guys can complain about how much you pay for gas but,in some ways you deserve it ,running all you vehicles on what we call high test. Are cars run on 87 octain 10 -15 % blend of ethonal and as high as 85% ethonal our hight test is 91 octain,if you want better than that here you have to buy race fuel,so considering your getting a much more refined fuel the price is in line with cost of production. We dont need cheaper gas what we need is better fuels,like hemp fuel,the eng that runs on salt water in mass cheap production,from renewable sources,better batteries that can go farther,better solar pannels to charge the batteries faster.Once the need for oil is removed then the price will drop and all us motor heads will be able to enjoy our gass gusseling toys. But then you will be complaing that your solar car runs for free and you have to buy gas for your toys
