  2. Thanks blackchat250. All I need now is a good day of dry weather so I can fit new chain and sprockets, here's hoping.
  3. it's done just over 12500 miles. I did give the chain a good lube and the knocking disappeared for a while.
  4. Hello Guys I can feel a knocking through my left side foot pedal when my bike is moving. I've got a feeling it might be my drive chain as it has a seized link, I've got new chain and sprocket....just waiting for some decent weather to fit. If it is not the drive chain, does anyone have an idea what else it might be? Any help would be much appreciated.

    NEW CLUTCH

  6. Hello I have a Yamaha XJ6N with 33bhp restictor fitted. When I pull the throttle back after changing gear there is a delay before throttle kicks in. At the moment it only seems to happen when bike is cold, once warmed up it's okay. Any help will be much appreciated
  7. Hello Guys Well I done it, took my bike test back in October 2012 on WR125x and passed and now I have a XJ6N with a restrictor fitted. When the time comes I will want to remove restrictor, is this an easy job to do, or will I have to take bike to a Yamaha dealer? Any help would be much appreciated.
  8. Thanks for you help, much appreciated. All the best for the new year
  9. Hello I've recently purchased a naked XJ6 and want to change the spark plugs. I've taken the side panels to see if I can access the plugs, but there doesn't seem to be any room, so I tried to manoeuvre radiator out of the way without disconnecting the hoses but with out much luck. After abut half an hour I gave up and put panels back on. Any help will be much appreciated. Anyway, I hope you all had a great Christmas.

  16. Hi As anyone thought or attempted to use the front and rear sprocket from a YZF R125 and put them in a WR125X. If so what was the end result?

Does anyone know of a good polish or wax that will get rid of these scratches and give a nice shiny finish? any help would be much appreciated.
