  1. Thanks for the advice Blackhat250. I should have known better. I'll repost my question in the right area.
  2. HEllo everyone, Daffyduc here. I've had a licence for more years than I care to remember, my first bike was a BSA Bantam! I bought my XJ6 Diversion 18 months ago to tour on. I'm barely 5' 4" so most 'true' touring bikes are too big and heavy for me. I've done 5000 plus miles on it so far and am very pleased with it, though the comments made regarding it's touring capacity, mainly from the Pan European and GS 1200 owners, irritate me at times. Other half has a GS, but he knows better, understands the height and weight issues I have with bikes and recommended the diversion anyway. I'm happy, tours at high speeds on motorways and agile on the twisty, keeps up with other bikes. The one issue I do have is wind noise. At my height the wind tends to be directed across my helmet rather than chest. I have custom earplugs but the wind noise is dreadful. Far worse than my other bikes, one of which is a Ducati monster so no fairing and a tiny screen. I have done a search on this forum but found little, may be my search criteria at fault. Can anyone point me to a topic or recommend something that will direct the wind over my head rather than my helmet. Many thanks
