  1. I've dropped my sr125 twice and ran out of petrol and started pushing it back home before I remembered about the fuel reserve! Completely slipped my mind :')
  2. I have a '91 SR 125 and for some reason I can't get my horn to work either! If you figure out why yours isn't working could you let me know please? The only thing I can think of left to do is buy mine a new horn... :-/
  3. I have the four wires, but when I connect the terminals there is nothing happening, checked the voltage and I aren't getting anything much >0V. The flasher relay is in place, I aren't sure how to check the terminals of the relay though. The rear indicators have worked intermittently, however they now do not, when they did they flashed very slowly, about 2 seconds per flash. What would the next thing to do be? Change flasher relay? Rip apart the loom and rebuild it from the ground up?
  4. So I bought some new indicators for my SR125 because when I bought it, it didn't come with any, but I'm having trouble trying to wire them up to my bike. I was wondering if anyone has any SR125 indicator wiring diagrams that they could link me to? Thanks
  5. I've had a few people take a look at it but no one can seem to work out why it won't work Bought a Haynes manual today though, and gonna take another look at it tomorrow so hopefully I'll figure out what it is that's wrong with it! It's a 1991 model and I think the lights are supposed to be always on, but I'm not completely certain. Now that you mention it I should probably find this out! Lol. Will definitely try everything you've suggested Like I said, I'm new to all of this this, and this is my first ever bike so sorry if I'm not very good at explaining things
  6. Yeah It is a dual filament bulb, which has been replaced and does work as the brake light works, is there a way in which I can trace whereabouts my fault is?
  7. Ok so I'm new to all of this and I was just wondering if anyone has any suggestions as to what I should do next. I currently own a SR 125 and the rear running light won't work at all. I've checked and I know that it's not the ground that's broken, it's the positive. I was just wondering if anyone knows how to trace where the fault is in the positive? Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated!
  8. Sorry I meant 'brake' This is how she was when I bought her: I don't actually have a photo with the seat on it But as you can see she was in a sorry state, headlight surround had split meaning the headlight was able to fall out, and the previous owner had done a terrible job respraying her But the split in the headlight surround has now been fibre glassed and she is currently in pieces being resprayed Can't wait to get her on the road!
  9. Hello, My name is Natalie and i'm from Hull, I recently bought a Yamaha SR125 1991 reg with disc break, thought id say hi.
