  1. No problem mate,i have actually got mine up for swap for a classic car
  2. I think i will find a cheap one on ebay that looks the same and see if it fits
  3. Lol it's not you that's no help mate it's yamaha,i suppose they have got me over a barrel and i'll have to either save me pennies or hope to find one in a breakers which is like trying to get hens teeth
  4. Trouble with Yamaha they use different numbers for the identical item if it's for a different bike, crafty buggers
  5. I'm after some advice please guys, the starter clutch has packed up on my 535 virago so i got a repair kit to sort it,when i took the starter clutch off i found 2 cracks in it so obviously that is no good, the thing i am wondering is this the number of the starter repair kit i got is the same for a few Yamaha models so is it likely that the starter clutch will be the same on those as the 535,ie could i use one from another yamaha on my 535 because the 1 for the 535 is above 200 quid and bloody hard to find. Cheers Al
  6. Lol yes you not wrong Nev,but i would want matching numbers as well, would take me bloody years with my income,i have been doing my bike above a year now an still nowhere near done

  9. That's probably why my mate's is costing so much to run then,it is trying to dry out his whole bloody village :)
  10. I was going to get a dehumidifier to leave running in there but my mate has one and it costs him a fortune in electric to run the bloody thing
  11. I was also thinking of trying this Belgom Alu stuff as it supposedly coats the surface with wax http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Belgom-Alu-Metal-Polish-Alloy-Copper-Brass-Chrome-/280351076837?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item414639f1e5
