  2. Hi, Can anyone offer any advice please. I have replaced the cam and chain and am trying to replace the front camchain guide but it sits about an inch or so above the slot in the head when located in the holder in the front of crank case. My query is should it be flush in the slot or will the cover pull it down when fitted? though it does not feel very flexible. The rear one with the adjuster is fine. Any help appreciated, thanks in advance. Mick

  4. Just a quick hello to all. Have been a biker on and off since the mid 60s. I have had an 1980 Rd200 & 1980 XS250 donated to me (both partially stripped). I am in the process of putting them back together, not aiming for show quality more of presentable. I am not working now so have some time on my hands. regards Mick
