  1. how ya, yer not seriously tinking of ruining a brand new boike by tearing it's heart out !!!!???? i'd imagine it would be alot of work but you could prolly fit a 400cc 2 stroke or 4 stroke single, why oh why do ya wanna do it ????
  2. straightline racing sell what yer after.
  3. tellous some more about it then ya tease !
  4. depends on what year it is, early XT's made about 30+BHP and later ones were restricted to around 20 odd BHP but i tink it's easy to derestrict them.

    TRX 850 carbs

use 'Factory Pro' needles which will outlast the stock yam needles by a helluva lot.
  7. i cud be completely wrong but i suspect DT125r parts might fit ? is yer boike watercooled ?
  8. my diaphram wont stay in place i hope you don't fall pregnant did you finally get it fixed and running ok ?
  9. quite a few Yamahas use alot of oil, TDM/TRX in particular. but yours is an oilaholic !
  10. well back in 91' i bought a brand new XT125 (a more old skool design tan the XT125R !) and got some more ponies by removing the plate that fits between the carb and the engine, the plate has a hole in it but it can be enlarged to free the horses....... but i don't know if the newer bikes are the same design?
  11. any pic of the brake lever please? i'd look at straightening out a possibly bent rear brake lever....
  12. any pics of this bike please ?
  13. try a socket on the end of the bolt that secures the generator, this should turn it over but i suspect the rings are seized to the bores and you would be better off removing the top end and doing and inspection and renewing the rings and possibly the valve stem seals too. good luck, wick
