  3. You would need to check with the tyre people for specifics. Tyre sizes are important to handling etc. Your 150/60/18 breaks down to a 150mm tread that has a height 60% of the width( 150 ) and mounts to an 18 inch rim. The bit not mentioned is the rim fitting. At 150 you prob have a 4 or 4 1/2 inch rim. That is how wide. This is important for the shape of the tread meeting the road. I know your pain i had the same with a 600 suzuki a decade ago. Thankfully GSXR stuff swaps dead easy. Everythibg fits everything within reason. So i swapped just the rear to start with and it was horrid. The front was done shortly after. As value is not an issue and modification is not a problem then go for swapping the wheels. Both chundercat wheels with a matching set of tyres of which there is a lot of choice. Would be a worthwhile upgrade. Try not to get carried away with rear tyre size. It would be wasted on the fz and spoil what you could gain. As to the exact needs of the swap i dont know the bike well enough to say. Just get a wheel spindle and spacers and see what happens. It will fit. Just how much effort is up to you.
